If people actually read those scans instead waiting for releases, then they don't deserve better.

The existing volume is good enough. it's legible and there's no need to spend effort on that. I think as long as the translation is good and scan quality is not bad, it's OK.

Not sure if this thread is relevant any more, but I would be very happy if you translated chapter 5, or at least changed the old link for download. I have wanted to see what happens in the manhwa for a long time, but only ever have read vols 1 and 2 because that is all my bookstore had for me to buy.
